Howard Smith Wharves is Brisbane’s newest entertainment and lifestyle destination.

Celebrating the site’s unique position beneath the Story Bridge, it’s city and river views add yet another cultural dimension to Australia’s New World City.

The new location for Urbanity 2019 has been selected to bring social experience and professional education together in a way that is memorable and compelling.

Howard Smith Wharves is a true case study of what urban renewal and city shaping is. It is a benchmark for our urbanity!

The precinct is now home to a host of exciting new food and dining experiences including Felons Brewing CoMr Percival’s Overwater BarGRECA Greek Taverna and ARC Dining and Wine Bar.

Set amongst abundant green spaces and picnic areas, two unique indoor event spaces, and the Art Series hotel, The Fantauzzo.

Check out our on-site brewery Felons Brewing Co. for a cold beer and authentic wood-fired pizza or choose from a menu of delicious plates to share, or enjoy all to yourself! Love the outdoors? Bring your friends, family and furry friends and enjoy a picnic on the lawn at the Felons Fish n’ Chippery. It’s the perfect day out!

If life only pops when you’re sipping champagne, then Mr Percival’s overwater bar is the place for you. The octagon-shaped venue, set under the historic Story Bridge right over the water with interiors brimming with furniture and objects handpicked by Anna Spiro is the perfect location for an afternoon of cocktails and champagne on the river.

Hold onto your plates…and say hello to a new concept Greek restaurant and bar, GRECA by Jonathan Barthelmess, the brains behind The Apollo, The Apollo Ginza and Cho Cho San. Inspired by the Mediterranean way of life, and the pleasures of eating together, all dishes are designed for sharing.

Located at the New Farm end of the precinct, and set on the edge of the Brisbane River, ARC Dining and Wine Bar, is now open. With rising star Alanna Sapwell as Head Chef, a 400-plus strong wine list curated by award-winning Group Sommelier, Ian Trinkle – ARC is not to be missed.
