If approved, the $350-million hybrid timber tower will comprise 245 apartments and rise over 50-storeys or 183 metres.
Known as C6, the Elenberg Fraser-designed project will include about 7400 cubic metres of timber – 42 per cent of its total structure – plus steel, concrete and other materials.
Grange has a current portfolio of 7000 dwellings across land, medium-density and high-density worth a total value in excess of $2.5 billion.
