In an undiscovered corner of Fortitude Valley, an old brick warehouse has been transformed into a celebration of wood-fired cooking. Agnes is a collaboration between Same Same and Honto’s Tyron Simon, Bianca Marchi and Frank Li, and celebrated chef Ben Williamson. Experience wood-fired cooking with no tricks or artifice – just the best local produce transformed over a custom-made stone hearth.

Bianca was made out of a desire to bring the captivating and enrapturing effervescence of a classic Italian trattoria to the hub and bub that is Brisbane’s, James Street. This fast-paced italian dining room sits on Ada Lane, right near it’s sister restaurant Same Same headed by the same crew.

Brisbane newest French brasserie & aperitivo bar awaits. Bissou Bissou is located on the ground floor of Hotel X. After indulging in your French favourites head upstairs to the rooftop bar Iris for a cocktail and a view of Brisbane that is unmatched in the city.

Situated in one of Brisbane’s greatest urban renewal projects Fish Lane Town Square, Southside serves up East-asian cuisine with a love of Chinese tradition.
